Southern Highlands Private Tops for Patient Satisfaction

Southern Highlands Private Hospital has rated in the top 5 hospitals in the nation in a survey of patient satisfaction regarding hospital experience.
Health fund HCF polled 8000 members in a wide-ranging customer satisfaction survey gauging satisfaction with their most recent hospital stay, the performance of the medical team and the role of HCF itself.

In the two key indicators measured by the HCF survey: Hospital satisfaction and Medical team satisfaction, Southern Highlands Private rated in the top 10 in the country, coming 7th in the hospital satisfaction rating with a score of 9.1 out of 10 and coming 3rd for medical team satisfaction with a score of 9.3 out of 10.

The survey covered 393 hospitals across the public and private sectors attended by HCF members.  HCF currently covers 1.4 million Australians.

Southern Highlands Private CEO Jenny Harper said the result was a wonderful acknowledgement of the hard-working and dedicated staff and doctors at Southern Highlands Private Hospital.
